Last year I wrote quite a bit about Penn State's party school image after Princeton Review ranked the University as the number two party school in the nation. That second place finish resulted in a great deal of national attention which, of course, resulted in the great Penn State propaganda machine blowing out a lot of smoke to obscure the reality. I was just trying to clear the air of that smoke. This year Penn State has fallen to sixth place in the ranking, which means that most national news articles on the rankings don't mention the University and, with the national spotlight focused elsewhere, the propaganda machine can take a break. That means that I too can take a break from this issue.
