Breaking News. I saw Graham roaming the Arts Festival yesterday evening around 7:30pm. Yawn you say? Let me connect some dots for you.
We know he was in Erie for the Board of Trustees meeting yesterday. The drive from Erie to State College is 226 miles with an estimated driving time of 3 hours and 42 minutes according to Google Maps. If Graham drove back that would mean that he left Erie no latter than 3:15pm.
Did the meeting adjourn in time for him to make the drive? If not, then that means that he likely flew back on one of the University's privatejets planes.
I would hope a reporter would look into this, because such an extravagance would be hard to justify in the face of Penn State raising tuition yet again. And Graham's assurance to the public that the budget “reflects our concerted efforts to tighten our belts even further in the face of significant challenges,” would look a wee bit hypocritical... would it not?
