I took my eyes off of those Three Card Monte dealer in Harrisburg and they've gone and exempted Penn State and the other state-related universities from the Senate Bill 1, the new Right-To-Know Legislation. They replaced the this with a requirement that these universities give out Form 990 data-a Jake Corman slight of hand. This is outrageous.
The House sent S.1 back to the Senate with revisions this evening. This train wreck must be stopped there. If it isn't, then it must be vetoed by Rendell. We have a chance to do this right. This bill is wrong. Stop it!
