Last year Penn State didn't even make it into the Top Ten. This year they are a stellar number two on Princeton Reviews Top Party Schools. But as, "Penn State officials recommend ... parents and prospective students [should] look at a broad range of guides and not base application decisions on any one source of information."
All kidding aside, Spanier is ranking obsessed. It will be interesting to see how he will handle this ranking which, I am sure, he will not be happy about.
